Overview

The beautiful new Tamburlaine will be opening in Cambridge very soon. Built for O’Callaghan’s Hotel Group, it will be their first large scale investment in the UK.

The hotel will accommodate 155 rooms and is situated in the new city quarter close to the railway station

How We Added Value

We provided a skilled team for this project which encompassed everything from pouring and installing concrete bases, both for internal features such as the main staircases, bases for bike racks, drainage and external grading of the site.

Over a 15 week schedule we completed the project before the end of April 2017, on time and on budget.
