This is a brown field site sold at auction on which we are constructing a new residential home from scratch for a private client. The new home will be a 2 storey house with 3 bedrooms situated in Illford.

How We Added Value

Every aspect of this project has been covered by MGB right from the initial plans to construction; the foundations, drainage, electricity, brick laying, roofing, all internal fixtures and fittings and plumbing.

Due to the drainage situation of the site a special reinforced cantilever beam has been deployed to ensure a firm foundation for the new property.

The project was started in May 2016 and is scheduled for completion October 2016.
