MGB Contractors is proud to participate in the Timber Square redevelopment at Southbank, a pioneering project led by Landsec and designed by Bennetts Associates. Spanning 34,400 square metres, this project features two large office buildings constructed with sustainable timber frames, aiming to significantly reduce operational carbon emissions as part of Landsec’s commitment to net-zero carbon goals. Timber Square is designed to be more than just a workplace; it integrates extensive public realms to foster community engagement and accessibility, making it a model for sustainable, dynamic urban development in one of London’s most vibrant districts.
