MGB Contractors Ltd are delighted to have secured Groundworks package to deliver Burston Garden Retirement Village in St Albans.
The new retirement community comprimises 80 assisted living apartments with community facilities and 44 bungalows.
Works began in March and the project expected to run for 21 weeks.
