Originally brought in to take over from the previous contractor we were given just 3 days notice to assemble our specialist teams to start work on the project straight away. 4 weeks behind when we took it over. Started with a team of 25 and have brought the project up to speed.
Roughly four weeks behind schedule when we began work, the dedicated team of 25 we put in place have picked up the pace of the project, which is now moving smoothly and close to its original timescale.
We took over the project in mid-February 2017 and it is now set for completion in late September 2017.
